February 11-13, 2015 - Renaissance Montgomery - Montgomery, AL


The Alabama City/County Management Association's 2015 Winter Conference will be held Feb. 11-13 at the Renaissance Montgomery.  The conference agenda includes sessions on the Affordable Care Act, Risk Management, Alabama's Political Economy, and Becoming a More Effective Leader, and others.  An Opening Reception will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 11th and a fun evening at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival will be held on Thursday, Feb. 12th.


The registration fee for the conference is $195 per current ACCMA member.  Non-members need to register at the $245 rate, which includes current year annual membership dues of $50.  The registration fee covers all conference sessions, handout materials, and food & beverage events on and off-site.  Additional tickets may be purchased for only $10 per person, per event for the Opening Reception, President's Luncheon, ASF Dinner Event, and Hot Breakfast Buffet for your spouse, guests or children over 8.  Also, CEUs are available upon completion of this conference and will need to be requested in advance.  The CEUs certificate is $10 and may be purchased while registering for the conference.  To register online click hereTo register by mail or to access additional conference information, click here.  (NOTE: Sponsors/Exhibitors do not need to register for the conference unless you will have more representatives attend than covered by the level of your sponsorship. A limited number of sleeping rooms have been blocked at the Renaissance Montgomery (the host hotel), which is located at 201 Tallapoosa Street in downtown Montgomery.  To make room reservations call 877-545-0311 and give them our group code: CIT or ask for the City/County Management Group Rate to receive the special rate of $135.  The special rate deadline is January 10th, so don't delay in making your reservation.  Should the Renaissance Montgomery sell out of rooms, there are two hotels conveniently located within walking distance of the Renaissance -- Embassy Suites Downtown and Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Montgomery.
