January 25-27, 2017 - Grand Bohemian Hotel - Mountain Brook, AL

The Alabama City/County Management Association's 2017 Winter Conference will be held January 25-27 at The Grand Bohemian Hotel in Mountain Brook, AL. The conference agenda available here references the theme of this year's conference Times are Changing: Get Ready for Action. The conference will provide many presentations on how to predict and prepare for change as well as investing valuable organizational resources for furthering economic development and organization improvement. As always there will be an Opening Reception held on Wednesday, January 25th and a offsite tour on Thursday with dinner at the Birmingham Zoo.

To secure your attendance at this year's Winter Conference, use this PDF Fillable Registration Form. The registration fee for the conference is $195 per current-ACCMA member. Non-members will need to register at the $245 rate, which includes current annual membership dues of $50. Non-member businesses will need to register at the $295 rate, which includes current annual membership dues of $100. The registration fee covers all conference sessions, handout materials, and food & beverage events on and off-site. Additional tickets may be purchased for only $20 per person, per event for the Opening Reception, President's Luncheon, and Dinner at the Birmingham Zoo for your spouse, guests or children over 8. Also, CEUs are available upon completion of this conference but must be requested in advance. Each individual is responsible for paying for the CEUs certificate which is $10.

GRAND BOHEMIAN HOTEL: A limited number of sleeping rooms have been blocked at the Grand Bohemian Hotel, which is located at 2655 Lane Park Road in Mountain Brook (Birmingham).

The Room Rate for a standard king is $169 per night plus any taxes. The cut-off date for reserving your room is December 24, 2016.
