2025 Winter Conference Registration

The 2025 Winter Conference will continue with a modified agenda. The conference will begin with our opening reception, Wednesday at 5PM. The schedule for Thursday and Friday will remain unchanged apart from the keynote speaker moving to lunch on Thursday.

The ACCMA 2025 Winter Conference is being held January 22-24, 2025 at the DoubleTree by Hilton at Birmingham Perimeter Park, 8 Perimeter Park South Birmingham, AL 35243.

Your registration covers the conference sessions, handout materials, and food and beverage events during the conference. Additional guest tickets may be purchased for $45 per person for the Thursday Evening Event at the Birmingham Zoo. 

Reservations for hotel can be made by using this link: DoubleTree Reservation - ACCMA. Reservations for guest rooms must be received by the Hotel on or before Tuesday, January 7, 2025.

Non-member fees include annual membership dues.

Please check special events you plan to attend. Extra Event Tickets may be ordered for your spouse, companion/guest, and children over age 8.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Provided that space is available, receipt of registration constitutes registration. Written cancellations, received fifteen (15) working days prior to the beginning of the program will be honored with a partial refund, but will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee. Due to conference commitments, late cancellations or non-attendance will not be refunded. Substitutions for registered participants may be made at any time.
